All purchases of the IRMAA Report are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason once a purchase has been completed and the report has been delivered.
Why We Have This Policy
The IRMAA Report is a digital educational document that is delivered electronically upon purchase. Because the product is delivered in full, we are unable to "take it back" once it has been accessed. This is standard practice for digital information products.
What You Are Purchasing
By purchasing the IRMAA Report, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an educational document for informational purposes only. The report is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice, and its educational nature is clearly stated prior to purchase.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase on irmaagroup.com or irmaareport.com, you acknowledge that you have received a digital product that was delivered in full. All report deliveries are tracked, and IRMAA Group maintains records of delivery confirmation, including when a report is accessed or opened. You agree that you will contact IRMAA Group directly at info@irmaagroup.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company.
Initiating a chargeback after receiving the product constitutes a breach of this agreement. IRMAA Group reserves the right to pursue recovery of the original transaction amount, all associated chargeback fees, and any costs incurred in acquiring and servicing the customer relationship, including but not limited to marketing, lead acquisition, and administrative costs. Recovery efforts may include use of third-party collection services and reporting to applicable credit agencies.
By purchasing, you expressly waive your right to initiate a chargeback for any reason other than unauthorized use of your payment method, and you agree that any disputes regarding the product or its content will be resolved directly with IRMAA Group.
